At Boardwalk, we are proud of our Mission, Vision, and Values and incorporate our Golden Foundation in everything we do. We believe in Social Responsibility and are committed to contributing to our communities, encouraging our Associates and Resident Members to do the same. We believe that together we can build better communities by giving back and that every act of giving inspires another. Through these acts of giving, both big and small, we create communities in which we are all happy to live and work.

Boardwalk is proud to be the lead sponsor of the Walk for Wellspring again this year. We are grateful for our many Associates and Resident Members that dedicate their time to improving the wellbeing of our local and global communities and charitable organizations, like Wellspring London and Region.

Here are some of their stories:

I participate in the Boardwalk Walk for Wellspring to give back to the London community. I feel a great sense of satisfaction in contributing my time, as well as enjoying the camaraderie of fellow volunteers. By volunteering, I hope to inspire others to get involved to make a positive change in the community. It also sets a good example and experience for my young boys who also participate in the Walk.”

“Why walk for Wellspring…Why Not? I have completed this walk for the past 9 years, and to raise money for an organization that helps local people and their families while going through one of the toughest times of their lives is so rewarding. Until there is a cure for this devastating disease, I hope to be able to walk every year I can for them.”

Crystal Sharrow

When I first started volunteering for the Walk for Wellspring over 8 years ago I was someone who could say that my life had not yet been touched by cancer. Sadly, as with many people this does not last and now being associated with the walk is more important to me than ever.

Cancer impacts not only the individual suffering from the disease but everyone who knows and loves them, this is why Wellspring is so amazing. Wellspring provides an environment where individuals living with cancer and their families can come and receive the love and support that they need.
